From Mountains to Markets: Wellgreen Team Retreat Honors Unity and Mid-Year Goals

To mark China’s Army Day on August 1st, the Wellgreen team embarked on a meaningful two-day retreat to Jinsi Grand Canyon in Shangluo, Shaanxi Province. The event combined outdoor adventure, strategic reflection, and heartfelt team bonding.

The trip began with joy and laughter as the team sang army songs during the bus ride—honoring discipline, unity, and the shared spirit that fuels our work. The day’s activities included Jinsi Gorge Drifting, offering adrenaline-filled rafting excitement, followed by interactive team competitions that highlighted trust, agility, and collaboration.

In the afternoon, the team regrouped for a mid-year strategic outlook session, led by company leadership. Together, we reviewed our achievements and aligned on key initiatives in botanical innovation, global partnerships, and product excellence for the months ahead.

That evening, we gathered around a lively bonfire before transitioning into a joyful open-air KTV session. Whether through group sing-alongs or solo performances, every voice reflected the unity and personality that make our team so strong.

On day two, we faced the natural challenges of Jinsi Grand Canyon—navigating rugged trails and supporting one another along the way. The experience reminded us that meaningful results come from perseverance and collective strength.
